I can’t login. What do I do?

Please walk through the following checklist:

  1. Please confirm you have signed up properly into our system. This could be done at smartchurch.biz or by opening the app, clicking login, and then clicking sign up.
  2. If you have signed up but you do not know your password, please click on “Forgot password.” Check your email including your spam folder for an email from Jim@SmartChurch.com with your password reset instructions.
  3. If you’re still having issues, please email Ideas@SmartChurch.com a screenshot of the error you get.  In this email, please tell us what device you are using, what operating system version and model.  Or, if you’re getting this issue on the web, let us know what browser are you using.  Include your login email and if you know your password , please share password.
